Paul Sirma

Paul is a doctoral candidate in Public Policy at the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill. His research focuses on topics related to education, farm households, and social protection in low- and middle-income countries. Paul has worked on several impact evaluation projects including Ghana’s Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty and Malawi’s Social Cash Transfer Program. Prior to joining the Transfer Project, Paul worked as a Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research.
