Natalia Winder Rossi

Natalia Winder Rossi is Associate Director and Chief of Social Policy at UNICEF. She leads the organization’s work in Social Protection, Child Poverty and Public Finance for Children. Her previous positions include leader of the Global Social Protection team at FAO and Senior Social Protection Specialist at UNICEF’s Regional Office for Eastern and Southern Africa, where she led work on HIV-sensitive social protection and supported the development of a regional framework on social protection and resilience.
