Paul Quarles van Ufford

Paul Quarles van Ufford is Regional Advisor Social Policy with the UNICEF West and Central Africa Office. In this capacity, he provides oversight and guidance to UNICEF social policy teams in the region, in the fields of social protection, child poverty, public finance management, and local governance. Prior to joining this position, Paul worked as Chief Social Policy with UNICEF in Tanzania, Zambia, Vietnam, and Senegal. Paul holds a PhD in Human Geography from the University of Amsterdam.
